Tortellini in broth, the classic recipe from Bologna

(* this recipe contains three kinds of pork)

9 Cobb Road, Housatonic or West Stockbridge, depending on your GPS.

Cost per person = $100

Lunch and a glass of wine are included, and you will be sent home with dinner for four, in the form of uncooked tortellini and a container of homemade broth.

You'll make the pasta from scratch, the filling from scratch, practice putting together the tortellini-- which is way more fun than it ought to be -- and also get a lesson in Italian gastronomy.
