Shire Stories presents: Rescue
Sheela Clary of Shire Stories organizes storytelling workshops and live, curated story events full of true tales, for the purpose of bringing people together across difference and experience to learn about our neighbors and be reminded of what we have in common.
The theme for the Winter 2026 event is Rescue, which will feature 8-10 stories told by local amateur storytellers of diverse backgrounds that have been workshopped with Sheela ahead of time.
The event will be proceeded by a 2-3 hour storytelling workshop that any story-curious person is welcome to attend, whether or not you're interested in preparing a story to tell live.
Prospective storytellers are encouraged to contact Sheela about registering for the workshop and preparing a story.
