Tanglewood Picnic Prep Class
Join me for an afternoon preparing a three-course Italian-themed picnic basket for yourself and three others, in anticipation of Tanglewood's grand finale of the season, Beethoven's 9th Symphony, the following afternoon.
We will make:
Neapolitan pizza (meat or vegetarian)
Panzanella bread salad
Biscotti (or another dessert by popular demand, like tiramisu!)
